Mama Bears Mental Bootcamp
Are you a tough fighting Mama Bear that needs some help and direction on becoming a warrior for your own health both mentally and physically?
Being a mom of a child that suffers from mental illness has left me feeling discouraged, or even downright hopeless about the future at times but it has also shown me how important making myself a priority is in my life. If we run our emotional and physical selves empty, we will not be able to fill from an empty cup and symptoms of burn-out will happen.
The ups and downs in your family member’s illness can have a huge impact on you. Improving your relationship with yourself by maintaining your physical and mental health makes you more resilient, helping you weather hard times and enjoy good ones.
Together we will work on learning skills to reduce stress, establish non-negotiable time and/or activities for yourself, and integrate regular self-care strategies into your routine. (Keep in mind that the times when you’re thinking you don’t have time to take care of yourself are likely the times when you need to practice self-care the most.)
What you get:
· One 60-minute session per week for 6 weeks
· Email support between sessions
· Handouts specific to your needs and goals
· Cost $300 for complete bootcamp
